Renata KaraÅ› graduated from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow in 2021 with a degree in Dietetics, with a specialization in dietary counseling, and received the title of "Graduate of the Course".
She completed a series of trainings on nutrition in diet-related diseases. She holds a diploma of "Child Nutrition Specialist". Since 2020, she has been working with the Insulin Resistance Foundation - healthy diet and healthy life, writing scientific articles for them.

She has been named to the national list of insulin resistant friendly dietitians.
Privately, she is a mother of two. She likes reading books. In her free time, she takes care of her garden and goes for walks with her dog.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Dietetic consultations with Ms Renata KaraÅ› are held in the form of video-consultations. You can sign up for it online or through the secretariat (tel. 0471 74 18 60). After signing up for a consultation you will receive a dietary questionnaire to be filled in, which will make the consultation easier and enable better dietetic advice. At the same time, the medical records of patients carried out in Dr. Ciara's office will be made available for Ms. Renata KaraÅ› to see, so that she can better adjust the dietary advice to the patient's condition.
A 45 minute consultation costs 30 Euros. You will be asked for your bank card number when you sign up, but the consultation fee will be taken from your card after the consultation. There is also a possibility of a teleconsultation (without the video option), where after the consultation you are invited to pay the fee by bank transfer. However, video-consultation is the preferred form of consultation because of the better contact with the patient than a phone call alone.
